Summary – We Tracked Amaravati from the time its foundation stone was laid down in back in 2015 till Now, The results will surprise you.
Amaravati is the capital of separated state of Andhra Pradesh and due to the continuous effort from all the entities involved in it ranging from our Honorable CM to those laying down infrastructure, it is now fairly visible even from the space that this city is slowly but strongly coming into existence.

The data used in this excercise is from Sentinal 2 which was downloaded using Sentinalsat python package. During Quality check a number of images were filtered due to overwhelming cloud coverage and rest were stretched for best display using a custom algorithm.
A number of libraries were used in this exercise like GDAL, Skimage, Numpy and Matplotlib.
Jupyter notebook is a python library that provides us an interface where we can code in bits and pieces and see results, and yes it is a bliss for data scientists.
It is recommended to use Anaconda distribution of python, in this tutorial python 3.7 has been used.
